Filmed over a dozen countries, »In Search of My Sister« is a story of American Uyghur Activist, Rushan Abbas. Her sister is one of 1.8-3 million Uyghurs taken by Chinese Communist Party. She embarks on a journey to create awareness and find clues to whereabouts of her missing sister.

Rushan Abbas will visit Leipzig on October 26. After the documentary film screening, she will answer the audience’s questions!
